I have decided to challenge myself so am taking part in the London Triathlon. For those who don't know, this involves a 750m swim in the Thames, 20km cycle and 5km run through the streets of Central London. I will be donating the first £250 to Leukemia Research and the remainder to Maccabi GB www.maccabigb.org and hope to raise at least £2500.
