On Wednesday, 6th February this year I gave up sweets for Lent.  I have decided to extend this to a whole year in order to raise money for charity.  As I love animals (especially dogs), I have chosen  The Blue Cross -  a wonderful charity that rehomes thousands of animals each year through a network of adoption centres.
