Tim and I are very much looking forward to you joining us for our ski wedding! We have both reaped the benefits of growing up in privileged times in a developed country and don't wish for anything except your jolly good company. However, if you feel that you would like to support Medecins Sans Frontieres in their work,  this would be much appreciated by some of those who find themselves in disaster-stricken and war-torn parts of mother earth. MSF is a humanitarian organisation which I greatly admire, follow closely and has served as inspiration in my medical career to date. While we celebrate in Italy, please spare a few moments for MSF's beneficiaries.
