We are taking up this huge challenge to help support suffers of mental health for a charity called Anxious minds. Mental health is a subject close to our hearts especially after I lost my brother Greg and my Mam who both suffered with mental health problems. The Ben Nevis Challenge will be aimed at supporting veterans who are facing mental health illnesses. Although there is a lot of support for veterans, it simply is not enough. These men and women have selflessly volunteered to serve and protect our nation and our government is failing thousand's of them. my personal belief is that they are also being failed by some larger charities as their CEO's are earning a staggering £250,000 + salery a year! Your money will go directly to support the people who need it and will not line the pockets of these types of individuals.
