2012 was a difficult year for me and the people close to me. Many things changed in my life and I therefore told myself that 2013 was going to be different. 

With this in mind I started about getting my life back on track, and what better way than with some fitness. Those that know me are probably thinking about now, what is he doing!! He's never run in his life!! :-) 

Well thats exactly it, why not give it a go. I'm not going to break any records here, but the important thing is that I'm trying and that I will raise an amazing amount for a super charity for super kids!! 

The rewarding work I gained from working and teaching young basketball players has inspired me to raise as much as I can for Whizz kidz. A charity that is all about the kids and making their lives happier and better. It's the small things that we can all do, that means this charity can provide the essential wheelchairs and mobility equipment these children deserve. There is a huge waiting list and demand for this amazing charity and the more you can give, means the more kids lives you are helping. So please find any loose change down the back of the sofa, any notes left in coat pockets and donate as much as you can afford.
