We raise life-changing funds to enhance care at UHS

Story

When Robbie Keville was 6, he lost his mum Kate to breast cancer. He decided then to become a doctor. There was no doubt that Robbie had the ability to realise his ambition one day. However, aged 8, he himself was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour. Despite the best efforts of wonderful medical staff, and after a long and brave battle, Robbie died aged 10 in February 2016. During his life, Robbie made a great many friend and admirers. robbiesrally was his idea. He named it. He wanted subsequent events to be named in the same format. For more information please visit www.robbiesrally.com and perhaps take a few minutes to watch the Stand Up 2 Cancer video, "Mark's Story" on the homepage.

robbiesrally is a fund within Southampton Hospital Charity dedicated to providing specialist medical professionals to help children with brain tumours.

robbiesreallylongride is a 24 hour spin event helping to raise money towards robbiesrally.  You can support us by pledging to help Jo Evans and Floss Hornett keep the wheels turning on 6 spin bikes for 24 hours.  You can book a one hour slot or more on an individual basis, any time between 4pm Friday 12th May and 4pm Saturday 13th May.  Alternatively you can get together with friends and book a one hour slot or more for a team of 6 people (let's make it competitive!).

All ages and abilities are welcome.....let the kids come after school, come after a night out and spin off the excesses, spin through the night with the laser lights, watch the sun rise with us, bring your friends after Saturday morning football.....the list is endless!  All we ask is that you donate whatever you are able to, to ride......
