My friend Deb was diagnosed with myeloma (cancer of the bone marrow) 10 years ago. After 8 years in remission she has now relapsed. 

As someone who has enjoyed with Deb many a glass of wine, gin & even fabulous homemade cocktails by Nick, I have taken the decision to go 100 days sober - in a bid to not only benefit from the detox but to also help Deb in her fundraising mission to raise £50k before her 50th birthday, in a few years.
