Hi! Welcome to my page.

I am attempting to Run/Cycle 100KM (63 miles) a month for a whole year, starting on Mica's 29th birthday ( 17th september 2019 ) through to Mica's 30th birthday ( 17th september 2020 ), and Hopefully ending this journey by climbing Mount Fuji In Japan in September 2020.

All the miles will be completed at a gym, or fell walking on any good weather days. I will be keeping track of my miles and will post weekly updates on my progress.

I am wanting to do something to honour Mica and her family, in the only way I know how. Mica's family helped me in the past through a very hard time of my life; they deserve something back. I feel very fortunate to make it to my 30th year, when unfortunately Mica never had the opportunity.

Mica did however, bless us all with a lovely daughter, Lilly, who has been living with Erbs Palsy.

Erb’s Palsy, also known as Brachial Plexus Paralysis, is a condition
which mainly due to birth trauma which can affect 1 or all of the 5 primary nerves that supply the movement and feeling to an arm. Each injury is individual. The paralysis can be partial or complete; the
damage to each nerve can range from bruising to tearing. Some recover on their own; however, with some cases like Lilly - they require specialist intervention.

Anyone who knows me, knows that this is not going to be easy for me, as I am currently a massive chonk of a woman (haha). This being said - I will complete this challenge, I wont give up and Hopefully i'll be a super model by the end of it.
