As you may or may not be aware, I am running at The British 10K London run 2006 on July 2nd to raise money for Leukaemia care.

I am putting a serious amount of time and effort into training to ensure that i am fitter, stronger and in better shape than i have ever been before.

When i think of the important and compelling cause behind my effort, it makes it so worth while!

In the last 35 years, Leukaemia Care has provided dedicated care and support to those people who are affected by Leukaemia and the other allied blood cancers.

24,500 people of all ages in Britain are diagnosed with Leukaemia every year and your sponsorship can help those who's lives and families lives, have been devastated by the news that they have Leukaemia.
