I have good friends who have had diabetes since they were children and I want to help in anyway possible to alleviate the problem of diabetes.

By taking advantage of my good health I will ride solo for 3 days along the South Downs Way in support of the charity Diabetes UK

With a total distance of 160 km the south downs way is an exhilarating route along the rolling chalk downs of Sussex and Hampshire. Starting at Winchester I shall cycle along bridal ways for 160 km to the seaside town of Eastbourne.
