On the 11th August this year Darren Bunker, Johnny Stephenson and myself are cycling the 160 hilly miles from Whitehaven to Whitby. We will be ably assisted by our one man support crew John Hill who will be on hand throughout the two days with kendal mint cake, lucozade and plenty of encouragement.

Weston Park Hospital in Sheffield is one of only four dedicated cancer hospitals in England. Both Darren and myself have experienced first hand the levels of care and support for both patients and family members alike. Not only a hospital Weston Park Hospital Cancer Charity also funds pioneering cancer research which helps to improve cancer treatments and care for patients from all over the country.

So through our knackered and underprepared legs you can all help by digging deep and donating!
