We provide Children's Community Nurses to children with life threatening illnesses

Story

During October we have set ourselves the challenge to complete 20,000 steps on 20 days.

2020 has been a tough year for us all.  More so for charities, who rely so much on raising funds and awareness through events and sponsorship, most of which have unfortunately been cancelled.

This challenge follows in the steps of 7 year old Snowy Neville, who set herself the incredible challenge to walk 70,000 steps in 7 days to raise money for The Sussex Snowdrop Trust.  At the age of 4, Snowy was diagnosed with cancer and was looked after by the Snowdrop Trust nurses. The Snowdrop Care at home team are with the family, every step of the way, from diagnosis through to recovery, and sadly sometimes, they are there for end of life care.

We would love lots of people to join us in this challenge during October.  Set up your own step challenge or support us in ours by donating.

Happy Stepping and follow our progress on Instagram @2020-snowdrop-step-challenge and post your own daily challenges into #snowdropstepping
