KeepFitFriend was set up in October 2009 to help people get out and about and more active - participating in sports and activities in the community. We do this by matching you up with your very own KeepFitFriend. This is someone like you looking to do similar things for similar reasons.

 

KeepFitFriend are supporting "the Lowdown 21 campaign" throughout 2010 and this is our way of helping raise funds for their 21st birthday.

 

As you should know by now (!!), We are undertaking 21activities in 21 weeks starting 2nd April and ending 30th August. The list of activities is on the blog - http://21activities.blogspot.com. Have a read if you haven't done so already!!

 

Along the way there will be activities you, the supporters, can join in with. We are hoping to generate a lot of support so get in touch, dig deep and come along and support us this 2010!
