Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
We are completing a 24 hour CrossFit challenge where by we will complete 1 workout every hour on the hour for 24 hours. Workouts will vary from high intensity short duaration to longer, lower intensity exercises throughout the 24 hour period. We have decided to finish this marathon of workouts with a classic CrossFit workout.
FRAN is 21,15,9 reps of Thrusters and Pull Ups and will be completed as quickly as possible.
This will be challenging on the body and the mind so please give generously to the great cause we are raising money for.
