We are all well aware of the almost constant injuries and loss of life suffered by servicemen and women on tour in Afghanistan. Get Fit 121 is a small company in the wilds of Hampshire trying to make a big difference. We are taking a group of friends and clients round the final Royal Marines Commando test in aid of Help for Heroes. This is a 30 mile route march over Dartmoor hopefully to be completed within 8 hours. There are also marches of 10 and 20 miles happening to cater for all levels of fitness. Help for Heroes helps injured service personel with rehabilitation once they return and families who are dealing with the loss of a loved one. Get Fit 121's principal trainers have both served in the Royal Marines and having done tours of Iraq and Afghanistan, know what it means to lose a friend or have one permanently injured.
