Looking for a challenge, focus and excuse to eat a huge amount of chocolate, I jumped at the chance to join Neil's cousin on her UK 3 Peaks Challenge - climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell and Snowdon in 24 hours.

I am doing this for Parky, beloved husband and Sally, dearest friend, both of whom were taken far too early but who always lived their lives to the absolute fullest - I know they will be cheering me on.

I have been extremely lucky to have the support of wonderful friends and family, Mind offer others similar support in their times of need so let's help them keep helping others.
