The Highlanders, 4th Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland (4 SCOTS) will deploy to Afghanistan during the winter of 2013 and spring of 2014.  The Battalion's men and women, from across Scotland and the rest of the world, will deploy to Helmand Province on Operation HERRICK 19 as part of the International Security Assistance Force.

Regrettably, a number of 4 SCOTS soldiers have paid the ultimate sacrifice during past Operational Tours and others have been seriously wounded.

The funds raised from this JustGiving page will support those soldiers who have suffered serious injury whilst on operations, and  assist the families of those killed, at the current time and during future deployments.
