Story

What better way to kickstart 2022- lets get active in January.

We are challenging you to Run or Walk 50 miles over the course of January. Choose a friend, a dog, a colleague or just yourself and pledge your time in and help the charities The James Milner Foundation support, asking your nearest and dearest to sponsor your challenge via this Just Giving page.

The James Milner Foundation promotes participation in healthy recreation for the benefit in young children by developing, improving opportunities for participation in sport. The charity also strives to promote the prevention of relief of poverty, the preservation of health and the advancement of education, providing grants and financial assistance to charities and other organisations working to assist young people in need.

With the last couple of years being hard on everyone mentally and physically and charities struggling financially lets all get together and support each other.

All proceeds raised from '50 for fitness' will directly go to the charities JMF support and will be distributed to the NSPCC, Help for Heroes, Blood Cancer UK, MNDA along with local charities.

So get our running shoes on, change lives and get fit in January!!
