Story

Dan, Rob, Tom, Josh, Max and Toby are on the long journey home having completed the incredible challenge they set themselves of summiting the five highest peaks in the United Kingsom and Eire. They spent a total of 49 hours 40 minutes on the challenge, which included over 24 hours of gruelling climbing on the different ascents.  This was a monumental undertaking dedicated to the memory of much-loved and missed PGS teacher Neil Blewett. Neil took great joy in creating opportunities for young people who otherwise would not have benefitted from the education on offer at Portsmouth Grammar School and would have been hugely proud of their endeavour.

Please show your support for the team, who have braved snow storms on Ben Newis, incessant rain on Slieve Donard (Northern Ireland) and a blanket of mist on Carrauntoohill (Republic of Ireland) to accomplish their challenge by donating whatever you can.

Thank you for your support.
