Story

Message from Gordon Murphy, Paul Johnston, Soren & Rona Jensen, Terry Brown, Colin CaddenJamie Fenton, Matt Clarke  & Derek Wolfe. Eric Briton (has retired from the event this year and has been replaced by Matt Clarke)

Welcome to our fundraising page for the 70 Wild Miles Event - please dig deep and sponsor us.

70 Wild Miles (www.70wildmiles.org) is a triathlon run annually near Glencoe in the magnificent and unpredictable surroundings of Rannoch Moor and Glen Etive in Argyll.

It's a demanding test of stamina and fitness with 47 miles of cycling 10 miles of kayaking and a half marathon run to finish. We have entered three 3 relay teams, but the real purpose of the event is to assist in the fight against Cancer. The immediate beneficiary being CLIC Sargent  - Caring for Children with Cancer CLIC Sargent

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: CLIC Sargent will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now! Many thanks for your support.
