6/10/2009: First marathon (ever) this Sunday. Training has been... mixed. I'll post the time on Sunday evening, but I have a feeling there's going to be lots of room for improvement! Time: 3hrs 45mins
7/11/2009: Second marathon. 26.4 miles in the sun along the Dorset coastline. Beautiful, but also the hardest thing I have ever done. Running on shale is hard hard HARD!! Time: 4hrs 45mins - 17th place
5/12/2009: Third marathon. Round the tip of te Gower Peninsula and back via the biggest hill they could find. Some of the coastpath was closed so the detour made it approx 28 miles. Value for money?! Time 4hrs 41mins 25th place
23/01/2010: Next and Fourth Marathon, and my birthday! Need to get some training in over the Christmas to see if I can get in under 4hrs 30mins.
This Challenge is a massive ask, and both are great charities which really need your support.
