We provide a platform through adventure to improve mental & physical wellbeing

Story

On the 17th of September I will attempt to become the first spinal cord injury with quadriplegia to summit Mont Blanc.

Taking on challenges has formed a huge part of my recovery both physically and mentally with Mont Blanc itself being one of the ultimate dreams. Last year I was categorically told that it wouldn't be possible so it remained a dream, that was until i spoke to Leo.

Leo Houlding is one of the best climbers in the world and fellow ambassador of Berghaus. Like me he's not one to shy away from a challenge and after a day in the Lake District assessing me he believed that if we got everything right it would be possible.

For the last year with the help of Leo and Berghaus I have been planning, training, adapting kit and preparing mentally to take on my toughest challenge yet and on the 15/16/17th of September i'll find out if it's been enough.

As well as trying to inspire others to defy their own limitations we are also trying to raise 5k to fund an extra beneficiary through M2M's 3 year development programme. To give someone who needs it the opportunities I have been so lucky to have to turn their own life around.

Thank you! 🙏
