It seems like ages ago that we enthusiastically agreed to take part in the London to Brighton bike ride - and suddenly it is taking place next week ! We're sure it will be a fun and eventful day and we're looking forward to the challenge. However we don't want to cycle 54 miles and get sore bums and legs as a result without raising money along the way for a very worthwhile cause - the British Heart Foundation.

We are hoping to raise £1,000 so all of us would really appreciate it if you could find a bit of cash to donate to spur us on in our endeavours and ultimately to help those who need it most.
