At the end of July I will be challenging myself to cycle from London to Paris in less than 48 hours.

I am doing this challenge for all the incredible people involved with the charity 'Small Steps'.

'Small Steps' makes a real difference to the lives of a huge number children with disabilities and their families.
It acts as a school for parents - helping them to support their children, who have cerebral palsy or other forms of motor and sensory impairment.

I have had the privilege of spending some time at 'Small Steps' in London, and the work that this charity does is truly inspiring. 

'Small Steps' is so important to so many children and parents.
