Hello everyone, 

My name is Aaron and I’m running the Brighton Half marathon for an amazing charity called ACTION FOR M.E. 

My beautiful, lovely, caring nana has sadly been suffering for many years with M.E and unfortunately there isn’t a cure for it YET. Due to the coronavirus, M.E has now got some light on it. Doctors are comparing it too the symptoms off what long covid feels like. 

If any of you don’t know what M.E is then here is a little bit of information about it. 

Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E.) is a long-term (chronic), fluctuating, neurological disease that causes symptoms affecting many body systems, more commonly the nervous and immune systems. M.E. affects an estimated 250,000 people in the UK, and around 17 million people worldwide. 

So all I’m asking for is with your wonderful donations and my running skills 🤦🏼‍♂️ is to raise £1031 !!! 1031 is for 13.1 miles I will be running for my nan and M.E. So even if it’s only 50p, every little amazing donation goes towards my run!
