Story

Hi there and thanks for coming through this far!

My original post on here has been deleted somehow, so this will be the abridged  version.

Victoria my late sister, died of Pulmonary Hypertension when she was nearly 21 years old. This was in 2003.

My older sister (Kerry Freedman) and I will be running in her memory. I cant believe that between the tow of us we have raised nearly £1800!!!!!!!!!

Victoria was a wonderful young lady, always lighting up the room with her smile. She really was one of those people who would smile with her whole face! Her eyes would light up and make you feel good.

She would be the first on the dance floor ( people thought she was drunk though she was totally sober She said she was 'high on life'!!!)

A self confessed choc-a-holic, shop-a-holic and a connoisseur of hot chocolates! She would really make you laugh with he dizzy happy go lucky ways.

Only the very closest of her friend knew there was anything medically wrong with her. So understandably when she quickly took a turn for the worse in November 2003, it was a shock to many many people that she died a few days later. At very short notice , there were over 400 people at her funeral, a true testament how 'Torti' was love by everyone, young and old.

She will be looking down on Kerry and I  dragging our selves up and down the streets trying to train up for our 10k run , laughing her head off!

As Kerry and i are pretty unfit and have never done any serious walking or running before, I'm sure the illogical nature of our decision marries well with Victoria's impulsive and fun character!

Kerry and I having beating both of our targets aim to raise £1000 between us so are very VERY grateful fo your donations, large or small.

They are going to help people that I know with this awful debilitating, disease for which currently there is no cure, only medication.

So with deep gratitude, I thank you from the bottom of my heart
