I am Abhinay - 4 year old eagerly waiting to go to recpetion this september. on 31st May 2010, few hundred walkers participate in Skandavale Hospice charity walk in Carmarthen (Wales), an annual event to raise money for the Hospice.

This is my first year, I walked  7 miles  in 4 hours and was accompanied by my Mum ,Dad and 30 new friends whom I met at the base camp.Thank you very much to everyone who sponsored me and helped Skandavale hospice. My heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone again and to Skandavale Hospice team who gave me this opportunity.

Skandavale Hospice currently offers full respite care service for patients who are terminally ill. Skandavale Hospice impose NO geographical restrictions on admissions and all service offfered are "completely free of charge".

In the past year alone, 113 walkers raised £18623 and, in spite of economic recession, we hope to raise even more.  I have raised £1360 this year and THANKS to everyone who sponsored me.  Your contribution will help the Hospice to establish 'in-care' facility to treat terminally ill people.
