Story
Most of you probably know by now that I am pretty crazy when it comes to an exercise challenge & generally do these things for my own fun and enjoyment, so when I stumbled accross this event, I thought what better way of raising money for a good cause, doing something I enjoy?!
The Forces March 2010 is a 131 mile super challenge in aid of the military charity Project 65; I have chosen to enter this as an individual in the 'running' category and will be running from Ilfracombe on day 1, finishing on day 5 at Bulford Camp in Salisbury......Just call me Mrs Izzard!!!
I am aiming to raise £1,000 for the charity which provides vital funds for the care and support of wounded UK armed forces. Project 65 aims to raise £1,000,000 by the end of 2010. The money raised will be divided
between The Royal British Legion, BLESMA, St Dunstan’s, RAF Benevolent Fund, Army
Benevolent Fund, and Help for Heroes.
