UPDATE-  They did it!

Mark Rimmer and Steve Woodrow completed their challenge of abseiling downThe Spinnaker Tower on Saturday 7th September, despite the rain showers and a chance of some windy weather! Family , friends and colleagues gathered at the bottom to witness their bravery!

They have raised £890 so far and hope that as the news of their success travels, more money will come pouring in.

Thank you to all who have made contributions or given their time in support of the challenge or both...

All monies raised will bring comfort to terminally ill patients and their families.

Mark Rimmer Dartmouth's Operations Manager and Steve Woodrow Project Manager are representing Dartmouth General Contractors Limited in an abseil 'Team Challenge' in conjunction with Gunwharf Quays.This will take place at The Spinnaker Tower, Portsmouth on 7th September 2013.

They hope to raise £2000 for The Rowans Hospice, in memory of Michael Dartmouth the Founder of Dartmouth General Contractors Limited.

Michael and his family received great comfort at the Hospice during a difficult time and would encourage all their friends and associates to support this fantastic facility.
