Hello I’m Adam. I am 3 years old and I live in Leek, I have Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy and Asthma.

My mum helps me with all my physiotherapy at home.  I want to be able to keep up with my big sister and ride a bike like other children.

I'm fundraising for Caudwell Children because they are providing me with a therapy tricycle. The funds we raise will help me and other children like me.
