Ladies and Gentlemen gather round, this year myself and have agreed once again to run the half marathon in aid of charity. This year’s charity is a fantastic local organisation caring for local children with mental and physical disabilities. Menphys provides education, care and support through two nursery centres, The Special Outreach Service and, in association with Menphys Sport, Play and Leisure two Saturday clubs.

Memphys need to raise more than £500,000.00 a year and receive less than 50% of what’s required through grants and statutory authorities, we’ve not set ourselves any huge targets but would be extremely grateful for any donation you could spare in helping us raise money for Memphys.
