Story
Thanks for visiting my charity fundraising page for the British Heart Foundation. I will be taking part in the famous London to Brighton cycle which takes place on June 21st 2013. This is BHF's flagship fundraising event, the legendary London to Brighton Bike Ride. 54 miles, leaving bustling London, through breathtaking country lanes and ending on Brighton's world famous seafront, after of course getting up Ditchling Beacon - which is known to be the toughest climb of the ride.
I am aiming to raise at least £100 for BHF, this would be an amazing contribution towards my fundraising as I will be doing this with many other riders and if we could raise as little as £200 each, BHF will receive in excess of £5,000.
A little about the British Heart Foundation
Our vision couldn’t be much more ambitious - a world where people no longer die prematurely from heart disease.
When you have a vision that big in mind, it helps to set some milestones along the way. That’s why we’ve set a number of objectives to guide our day-to-day work.
But we can’t do any of it alone. We are working alongside government, other health charities, healthcare professionals and thousands of dedicated supporters to beat heart disease. Everybody has a part to play.
