My charity this year is Bath Cats and Dogs Home. They do a fantastic job looking after and re-homing cats and dogs that migh otherwise be destroyed.  Charities have suffered in this economic climate, and none more so than these guys.

We have homed two fantastic cats from Bath Cats and Dogs Home and this is my way of giving a little back whilst at the same time hopefully increasing my own personal fitness.
