Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

If the training does not kill me, I will be taking part in The Big Heart Bike Ride in Africa in June 2011.

This entails cycling 400 kms, over 4 days, in Tanzania.

The funds raised by the Big Heart Bike Ride will be used to fight heart disease through the work of the British Heart Foundation, Cardiac Risk in the Young, Tiny Tickers and Heart UK.

This represent a huge personal challenge for me but I feel passionately about the work carried out by the charities.

I would like you to support me in making a donation towards my fundraising target.

My training schedule starts in December and I will keep you posted of my progress.
