Year on year as we get older, tabbing with a 40lb bergan for 10 miles over what has been described as "the ultimate 10 mile endurance race" gets harder and harder.

We are lucky - we can (just).

There are many that didn't make it back from conflicts or suffered such severe physical or mental injuries that they are no longer able, despite completing the course as part of P-Company to earn the right to wear the coveted Red Beret.

It's these men, and their families, that the Support Our Paras charity was set-up to support, and it is these men and their families that will directly benefit from your support. 

So ladies & gents, please dig deep and give the support that our military deserve.
