Alan is mad for two reasons, 1) because he is letting me write this and 2) because he is running the marathon AGAIN!!

But again this year he is doing it for a worthwhile charity, The Shaw Trust which is a national charity which supports disabled and disadvantaged people to prepare for work, find jobs and live more independently. Every year they work with over 75,000 people who face barriers due to disability, ill health or social circumstance. Thousands of employers and public sector organisations also benefit from their range of services for business.

All donations will be greatly received and we'd like to thank you in advance for your generosity, I would also like to add that Alan will be giving up drinking for a month so that challenge deserves some sponsorship if nothing else!
