I have chosen to fundraise for Help for Heroes because I have friends who have family members serving in the Armed Forces and I wish to help in some small way,somehow doing 350 miles in 5 days on a bike around France seems like a good idea!!! As an ex soldier myself I can appreciate the sacrifices these brave people and their families make.

 Our Armed forces are doing a fantastic job in what are very difficult circumstances with some paying a heavy price for the cause, the money that you pledge will go towards building local Personnel Recovery Centres, so that when the troops come out of hospital they can carry on with their re-abilitation and train for a new life, either within the forces or back in civvy street.
