In November I am participating in a charity challenge of cycling 300+ miles through the Galil region of Northern Israel. For this challenge I hope to raise as many sponsored donations as possible

The purpose of the ride is to raise funds for special needs people both in Israel and here in the UK.  In Israel we are going to fund the renovation of the Cochav Centre in Metzuba – a vocational rehabilitation centre and in the UK we will fund activities for Delamere Forest School, which is for students with learning difficulties from the ages of 6 to 19 years old.  Thinking of all the head starts I have had in life I thought that it was time to give something back.

The sponsorship target that I have set myself is high but I know I can achieve this with your help.
