I have decided to run once again for Cleft in the Royal Parks Half Marathon. Cleft are a charity who are working very hard in research for the unanswered problems in improving care for children born with cleft lip and palate.

 

Lats year my time was 1hr 52mins. I'm aiming for sub 1hr 50mins this time round. Please dig deep for this great cause.
