Hi!  I have decided to do something constructive and run the Royal Parks Half Marathon for charity.  I will hopefully get to raise lots money for a worthy cause and to see if I am capable of running further than I have collectively in my entire life!

It will be a shock to the system as I used to hide at school during cross-country.

Really looking forward to running this with 'team Prism' and some of Prism's clients and candidates... if they're brave enough? :-)
