Hi guys, unfortunately my legend of a grandad passed away at the start of this year. When a friend told me their brother had pulled out a the Silverstone half marathon this sunday, i thought id jump at the chance of doing it, considering my grandad wouldnt ever imagine his white wine drinkin partner to run a mile let alone a blimmin half marathon (whoever feels the same should donate).

He was in and out of hospital for a couple of years before his death and had mixed reviews (to say the least,hahaha) on his treatment but he always said the work done by Wessex Heartbeat was head and shoulders above the rest. So come on, if u ever had the pleasure of knowing my grandad or think ill fail/need extra encouragement, then I'd love it if you could donate.

Also for all you lovely people who may donate out of the kindness of your heart that would be so greatfully recieved. Ill take before and after shots to give u a insight into how broken ill be!!!!
