During the height of the pandemic, Alfie was worried about the homeless people and how they were surviving, he expressed that he would like to do something to raise money, we chose a local charity to help. 

On the 9th October, we will be sleeping out, we will have a tent, not tested whether it leaks! And sleeping bags, no other equipment! It would have been easier to do this in the warmer weather, but as homelessness is an all year problem, so we decided to do it now, the weather forecast is showing a week of rain and cooler than it has been. 

I should also point out that Alfie isn't comfortable in the dark, he tends to sleep with his bedroom light on and can get spooked by noises!
