I and a team of lovely runners from Ormerod Rutter Chartered Accountants, are taking part in the Simplyhealth Great Birmingham Run for the amazing charity Mind.

Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK are affected by mental health and depression at some point in their lifetime, meaning a huge amount of people have suffered or at least know someone who has suffered with mental illness or depression. In the UK alone in 2016 there were over 5,000 recorded suicides, and this is what we want to fight to stop. 

Please donate what you are able. It's so important that people are aware there is someone out there who will listen, help and make it known that no one is alone with mental health.
