Not content with marathon running, I decided to join the mad people from Moneyspinners and on 4 September I leave Lowestoft to cycle 584 miles to the most westerly point of the British Isles, Dingle Bay in Ireland.

Moneyspinners nominated charity is Macmillan but I'm also raising funds for Fantasyland, set up by Spicerhaart to raise money to support 9 local hospices in the UK. The charity creates opportunities for children under 18 and their immediate family or recently bereaved families with surviving siblings to receive an experience such as visiting Disneyland Paris and inject a moment of happiness into otherwise difficult times.
