My idea of a nice getaway involves luxury hotels, exciting places and a few relaxing drinks in the evening. Seems the Outward Bound Trust offers all of this and more in Wales - or so I've been assured!
More importantly I'll be putting my walking boots on and leaving my hair straightners at home to raise money for disadvantaged young people aged 13-15 years to experience an Outward Bound course.
I'm committed to raising £500 for this very worthwhile cause so I can ensure more youngsters can attend the 5 day residential courses available. My involvement also includes providing support and encouragement to my team when we'll be doing some of my favourite activities such as rock climbing, abseiling, kayaking, navigation as well as an overnight camp - all in October in WALES!!!!
