I have a friend Phil who I met when we constructed his brilliant earth sheltered eco house. Phil is such an energetic and positive individual and you cant help but be inspired and enthused by his personality.

Phil called me a while back to let me know that he has been daignosed with MND, and that he is being positive and resourcefull (wouldn't expect anything else from Phil) and trying as many things as possible to live with the condition.

So I am joining the Warirors at Rutland Water team on 14th June for the 23mile lap to raise money for the MND Association. 

I do hope you can support me, the smallest amount will do. I often give to charity for things like this , usually cancer or hearts, and this is the first time I have ever thought about other conditions that need support to find cures and ways of coping with MND.
