Rising high above the clouds to a breathtaking 19,334 feet, is the unmistakeable snowy peak of Mount Kilimanjaro and on the 1st of November, on a beautiful crisp sunny Monday morning, Colin and myself were privelidged to be standing on its summit.

We knew it would be demanding, both mentally and physically, but the ultimate sense of achievement in completing our task will remain with us for a life time.
