...But the short version is that I was diagnosed in 2011, and have decided to make the most of what I have got and what I can do and what is important to me while I can. I'm trying to live up to my dreams, and there was only ever really one of those that mattered, and that was art.

But I like walking, too, so that fits in rather nicely.
