So I've finally decided to do something useful with my running obsession and try and raise some money for a really good cause.

Medical aid for Palestinians provide much needed basic health care to Palestinians living under occupation or as refugees.

We are all so privileged just to have been born in Britain, and it would be great to use this privilege to help others.
