Due to a crazy idea that crossed our minds on some slow Thursday afternoon, my colleagues and I have entered a team for the London to Brighton bike ride on June 20th. So that Sunday we're getting up at 5am, trekking our bikes to London and embarking on a 55 miles trip down to the exotic Brighton! Strangly enough it was only upon reflection that I suddenly realised the irony of me partaking in this event for the British Heart Foundation...
